Forms
Custom forms
Unimedia Ltd has 14 / years experience and tradition in printing papers and forms production. In addition to the standart one- and multi-plyies printed forms, the company manufactures forms on a client`s request.
The forms are manufactured using specialized equipment. The main materials used are paper on reels and sheets (offset, selfcopy and coated), as well as cardboard.
Using the offset printing and finishing processes (cutting, perforating…), we produce:
- continuous forms;
- forms on sheets, snap-out and blocks;
- numbering, barcode printing, personalization and data fields;
- printing of 1 to 4 + 4 colors, and
- multi-plyies forms with 1 to 6 plyies.
Our production capacity is above 500 000 A4 sheets per day. The following forms are among our product: letterheads, invoices, bills of lading, insurance policy, continuous PIN envelopes, statements, contracts, applications, receipts and other used everyday by our clients.
